Maybe a stupid question, but if you were lucky enough to be drawn for a license - does G&F send you information about purchasing the actual license (I see it's $30). I called the 1-800 licensing number, but that must not be G&F employees as the gal didn't seem to know anything about what I was talking about.

I opened a letter from G&Fish this morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was drawn for a cow elk. Earlier I checked online and it said I was unsuccessful.

Guess I need to start practicing off the hood soon.

The letter says to mail it back or go to the office to pay up and get the tag.

second, has the search function on this site gone down the tubes? it doesn't matter how hard i try, i can't search "big 3" in nodak's search function and get a single result.

I signed up for text notifications from the game and fish, they send texts when deadlines are approaching as well as drawing results. Might be worth checking out. I have struggled with the search feature too, don't have any tips on that one
