What’s the “standard/go to” for brat recipes. I’m just looking for a traditional recipe. I was looking at Wisconsin (booooooooo) brat and beer best from Owens BBQ.

Father in law made those this year and they are damn good
which flavor?
Anyone else use less than the listed weight for more seasoning per pound besides norm from Cheer’s? I’d worry about it being on the salty side.
