Pre oil boom, Dickinson was around 15,000 residents and the positive impact and use of the building was felt right away with memberships and early payoff of the bond. All options should be on the table. Such as, have a scaled back version, leaving room for expansion option. Dickinson saw many former kids who moved away after college come back to because they liked the vision and improved quality of life for every age.
