You win some, you lose some. This day was spent capturing more memories to film than fish to rod and reel. What we went through here for the first big trip on the big lake was not unlike good days when we slay ‘em. It just didn’t produce the fish like we had hoped, but it’s hard to throw away the memories made with the boy regardless. So here it is, in the nearly raw form so we can look back on it someday and say the old man was a good one.
