With the ND Governor’s Walleye Cup taking up space at home, my brother, Mike, and I ventured west to Deepwater Bay to find solitude and fish. We found a few humps that worked, but one worked especially well all day long. Mike brought a full bag of treats as well as his humor and we set sail on the bay. The best technique was the use of spinners with the Gulp over any other methods, cranks, jigging raps, crawlers, and even jigs. It was nice to go home with a box full of eaters however we got them.
