The first spring-shallow-bite-open-water trip in the boat was a success! In hindsight, everyone we know who was out all day on Lake Sakakawea got skunked, but Bruce drove great distances to hop in my boat and we had to have at least some action for that effort. We also got to help a buddy, Brett Bloemendaal, find some active fish to add to his own video production. You’re going to love it!
