Visited with a very disappointed and disillusioned Nurse practitioner who described the "DAPL COUGH" as gonorrhea. Stated it was the main illness he treated.

Looks/sounds like they're getting ready to drop the hammer tomorrow. The roaches are gonna scatter.

Looks like the 2/22 deadline just got thrown out the window:

North Dakota Governor Issues Emergency Evacuation Order for Protests Sites

Morton County, ND Governor Doug Burgum has issued an executive order calling for the emergency evacuation of the protests sites in southern Morton county.

In a statement released by the North Dakota Governor's office, the reason for the evacuation is because of flood risk due to rising temperatures.

The Governor states that the area, which rests in a flood plane, would pose a major risks of injury of death for anyone that remains on the sites.

The Oceti Sakowin camp is required to evacuate by February 22nd to allow for cleanup efforts to complete before the potential flooding.

They opened up the bridge yesterday and placed roadblocks on other roads near there. Boxing them in and making the best access for law enforcement and clean up crews. They may not move the entire camp today but expect them to move in.

what for the life of I can t understand is why the residents of Emmons county have not filed a law suit against the tribe and the powers that be of the protesters for a very real possibility of contaminating our water supply which is located just a few miles downstream of the mess that is this camp. What with all the raw sewage, abandoned vehicles, possible bodies and trash from the protesters. Just to let the uninformed know our intake is at the same level as the casino

This is a winning idea.

Yeah but shits getting real now though. You got tents and teepees sitting in a foot of water. if the river gets a surge of water the ice in that section has nowhere to go since it will hit oahes ice just past camp so an ice jam induced flood is a very real possibility although I'm not sure if this warm spell will have the power to do it. Either way there is blood in the water with the runoff in camp flooding the low spots so our sharks will use this as the justifiable reason to move in and kick the camp out. I'm more curious if the Bia will do what they said they were going to do in clear the rez I'm also curious how they can legally do that on private property.
