protip: find advertised deals ahead of time - buy stuff you want early - file price matching claim with credit card company (after black friday) - I have heard most credit card companies will do this but i only know for certain that discover does. Now u can buy the stuff u want and not deal with the chaos. Even works for "doorbuster deals"

Of COURSE it's a Cyber Monday deal. GaAAAA. They always find a way to F you over. That's why I have such a hard time pulling the trigger on stuff. Just when you think it can't possibly go any lower, they throw this at you.

woops I picked up the helix 5 today from cabelas too for ice fishing, guess I will call to price match monday or just reorder if need be. Some good deals in their black friday ad, I like the vortex diamondbacks for $120 thats a great price.

Cabelas has there reloading kits on sale and some even have rebates, not sure if its a good deal as haven't looked at prices elsewhere. And I don't reload yet either so no idea what to look for.

Also cabelas has all cabelas branded optics on sale, the euro line binos are really good, and am debating if I should buy the spotting scope for $1725, anybody have one?

If anyone needs a decent cheap ice fishing setup, marine general has the Lowrance Elite 4 sonar/gps ice pack for $199 + shipping. I paid 213 total. I was tired of fumbling around with my phone and draining the battery to use navionics, so I wanted something with gps & that I could put in my deadstick hole so I know when to pay attention to my bobber. For $200 this is a steal. The "new" version of this, the hook 4, is $400.

I slept in and went to the mall at about 11:00 for a couple hours with the little lady. I did find a screaming deal on a Pflueger reel. Regular price $250, sale price $100. I have never ever never ever got all riled up over black friday deals, Black friday deals online are WAY better than to get your ass kicked all over the store by some of those fat ladies johnr was talking about..no thanks...and I'm usually sleeping at 4 am unless I'm all giddy up to go hunting, then different story....
