Yeah those are great entertainment. Grew up next to a tree farm and the empty holes where trees were taken out always had these in there. They provide plenty of action for tossing various insects into there web.

I love this time of year when the dew in the grass lets a person know just how damn many funnel web spiders there are in the yard. It's amazing!
