In a 1 game playoff anything is possible, this Twins team has surprised me and often times the Yankees get a little high on themselves, I can see them looking past the Twins since they just beat them, I do think it will be a close game and will come down to one or two plays … should be a fun game to watch.

But that’s it, even if the Twins make it out of NY they do not have the pitching to win a series in the post season.

To New York..for $1 any takers....

( I'll cover 20 brave twinkie fans )

And..on interesting note, will it get down to chicago-cleveland again? I'm picking Cleveland to take it this year. ;)

You mean your so sure the Yankee's are gonna win you'll risk $20. Brave Brave man......

Molitor messed up, he should have started Gibson. Boys would have said "oh shit, we need at least a dozen runs now" -somehow they can always score when he's pitching. They could have tacked a couple on in the top of one, brought in Gibby in the bottom and had him throw one in the dirt and be immediately relieved by Erv who now has a couple run cushion.

Unfortunately I don't think the twinks have enough fire power, Santana may keep it close through 5-6 innings, but the boys will have a hard time scoring more than 2-3 runs. If I were betting with my head, it would be Yankee win, however I ain't betting and I can still hope the Twins have one last surprise in store for the season!

Minnesota teams always let you doe so I won't expect the twinkies to win tonight. They get your hopes up then always let you down!

Aaaaaand Severino goes 1/3 of an inning with 3 ERs and two men still on base. Anyone want to change their bet?

As if I wasn't drinking heavily enough already.

Not what I was expecting out of a veteran in Santana.

Well, it was still a fun season. No one gave the Twins a second thought. They have a window for the next few years where they can make a splash if they acquire some pitching. Mort, PM me your info and I'll get you your fucking dollar.
