The Little Heart Boat Dock near Mandan is closed until further notice due to rising water.
According to the Morton County Parks and Recreation Department, water is coming in over the black top. The dock has been pulled and the area is closed to any and all traffic.
The Graner Park and Fort Rice boat docks are still open, but are being closely monitored.

Err, what misery? The river is expected to top out at around 13 ft, which is 1.5 ft below flood stage. How can you possibly be so worked up about the Corps operating the dam as designed and without exceeding the river stage that the state and locals have set as the "flood" stage?
