This is nothing to shocking coming from Minnesota. It’s definately a sad situation but the DNR is 100% a disaster. They have virtually destroyed some of the best fisheries in the country, and are more than well on there way of doing it to there hunting. All within a very few short years. I understand they have a completely different variety of variables but they have done very little to find a real solution.

They are filleted fish, and nothing was wasted. It may not be the best place to discard them.

Legally “caught”(netted) fish cleaned and thrown in the shore. No surprise here. Remember NODAPL?!?

His property so better there then taking up space in a landfill. Now if Minnesota had a trespass law like 2315 that guy would not have been on his privet property to cause all this fuss......Oh wait nevermind.

"I understand there's a treaty and they're allowed to net, but to have that just sitting out there, it was just appalling," said Gary Rambousek, who discovered the gut piles sitting by the water, near the junction of Highway 169 and Virgo Road, just south of Garrison. "I'm a big fisherman and I could not believe my eyes. I just could not believe it."

The above is a quote from the article. Maybe it's just semantics for me, but, anyone who refers to themselves as "A big fisherman/hunter" and is quoted in the news as such falls into the "Giant Dipshit" category for me. "Giant Dipshit" also applies to people who wail, moan, and make a fuss about activities that are completely legal.
