Rotating opposite of the other planets, won't they somehow have to blame it on global warming

I think we need to start some sort of freak comet cult and apply for federal jobs.

I thought this thread was about my Uncle's new comet back in the early 60s. I always thought it looked like it came from China. If you remember them you know what I'm talking about.

Play then read:

^^^^The first vehicle which took me hunting was a sky blue Comet. I remember Dad taking the battery out a lot in winter to keep by the furnace then getting a charger to keep the amps up. A drop cord was plugged in by the furnace and run out the window. I remember a couple times waking up at 2am and seeing him outside in a blizzard chaining up for a 2hr drive to the mines.

Pard & I did this drive one day for kicks in summer. The elevations and grades are extreme IMO. I can only imagine the fun Dad and Uncle David had in the dark: Navigating untouched windy/steep grades in a chained Ford Comet. I'm sure most of it was in silence as to this day terrestrial radio reception is mostly shit.

Hit Kickin' Country--WKKW! (AM back then):

Thanks Dad. That is all.

--also he used to keep a baking sheet and charcoal lighter handy to slide under the oil pan.

THAT is all.

Another comet memory growing up , we had a "can" of comet in the bathroom for washing up after a long day on the farm . That grit cuts the grease faster than a comet car.

"Tiffany" got sprayed by a skunk one night on the walk back home after a rabbit hunt. A mixture of Comet and two cans of tomato juice does nothing to deodorize a dog. It tends to piss a mother off. I disremember how Pard & I were able to have the house to ourselves and try this nonsense.

Tiffer was a beloved member of the family and smart as a damn whip: She was visibly depressed by the new restrictions in the house and never again had a skunk incident. Her Comet/Tomato Juice bath may have helped educate.

She never developed any skin conditions as Pard & I changed the bathwater several times (once after a slathering of vinegar) and Mom would always add olive oil to her "Gaines Burgers": My lord that dog loved leftover spaghetti and breakfast cereals...

Dad used Comet instead of Lava when he got home from work: Not just on his hands:

40hrs my ass.

That is all.
