Not really sure what the purpose of picking up Jones was, unless just a slight security blanket if Sam gets wounded. Sure wasn't impressive with NYG.
I do think JJ will benefit immensely from riding the pine this yr as Rogers and Love did for the Packers.

Which they were right to do as was shown in his play after that. With out a miracle they folded against the saints in the playoffs

Sam has way more talent than Case ever did. If he would do a 2 year contract I would be for it

Darnold is going to want big bucks leaving the Vikings with little to no money left to build or keep a winning team. This year he cost 10 million but next year will be 50 million or more.

I completely agree. I think the only way he stays is a team friendly deal for a couple years. Maybe he realizes KOC is a good reason to stay.
