Anyone make hashbrowns out of the potatoes from your garden and freeze them?

If you do, how do you do it and do you like them?

Thanks.

KILL yellow jackets/Hornets: Protect honey bees. I'd replenish the Coke every couple months. IDK; The residual syrup may be fine/better :

big fan of black walnuts, I planted a few hundred seedlings at my place in the last couple years, plan to graft them over to named varieties with better nuts eventually.
Yeah, you're the reason I posted this. I told you at the time I hope you're able to harvest oil.

I ordered some magical pumpkin seeds for next year. They came out of 2000+ lbs pumpkins. I'm working on some mad soil science fertility program.

nice, ive been thinking about trying to grow a big one also. I dont like the big ones that are ugly colored and dont even look like pumpkins though. IMO they should judge on color, form AND weight, instead of just weight, too many ugly giant pumpkins winning... Id rather have a 1000lb nice looking pumpkin than a 2000lb ugly one thats not even nearly round.

You must've been in an Air Force dorm a time or two.

Yeah, we dont have a lot of good late season nectar sources in ND. Since I started planting more late season type flowers the numbers of native bees has really taken off around my land.
