Dad buy him a dissent gun to shoot. A single shot 410 is not a good youth gun. If your in the Fargo area I have some 20 ga youth models. You can borrow one for the season.

Has nothing to do with the quality we have several 20ga he is afraid of the kick. I started him with that and he cried the 1st time he shot it. I am hoping by the end of the year to get him into an O/U bantam model. He is also learning to shoot left handed and a right handed kid(left eye dominat) so We are bringing him along slowly. He didnt grow up like me shooting stuff freely on the farm.
