    I spoke with a G&F official years ago about the "report don't shoot" stance. He said they were hoping the group wasn't split up and made spooky so they had a better chance of getting them all at once. Not that it was illegal. Not sure if they have changed that.

    What if it was your kidnapped child and there was a tip where they may be held? Want them to knock and politely ask if they can enter? In this particular case no, but there are times and certain situations when it is necessary.

    I sold my boat several years ago and have been kayak fishing since then. Love it. I always liked fishing smaller lakes anyway so that didn't change much. You have to do a little more research to be successful as you can't just cover a whole lake searching for fish. I like to find the lakes...

    I did think they would be great for heading out to the deer stand, maybe just not for ice fishing.

    I talked to a local dealer a couple of years ago and he said the electric UTV's were not made for ND winters and at that time to replace the batteries was around $10K. I never looked into it any further than that.
