    Not sure what is up with the bear sightings in the area but a good friend runs the Westhope Customs crossing and they had a bear go through the field about 100 yards from the port yesterday.

    Any Birders here?

    Anyone on here use this app for identifying birds, Merlin Bird ID. A friend of mine showed it to me this week and it is pretty cool, especially the vocal recording portion, you can also id by pictures or by describing what you saw. For me it hasn't been wrong yet.

    Useless to Useful

    I'd slant them so they are south facing and plant at the bottom, then train the vines to climb. I got just over 500 cucumbers off of this 16 foot trellis.
