I agree with being hard on automatics I was shooting them in my Walther p22 and they made the front site fall apart stripped the screw I'm waiting for another to arrive. This just happened last week after about 150 rounds I shot each of the above and 50 of the agilla high velocity rounds none cycled very well at all. But my 10/22 seams to cycle them fine and haven't noticed a problem they are awesome for gophers.

My exact experience with Stingers and Velocitors @ 50yds on paper. Fortunate that Aguila Interceptors and CCI Standards will shoot in the same 1in square @ 50. Interceptors are as "hell fire" as Velocitors:

The AMT 25/22 is an early 1980’s all Stainless (action and bbl) version of the 10/22 before Ruger made their own Stainless 10/22.

Probably correct depending on what you are using. A 10/22 with the polyurethane bolt buffer im thinking would be fine, but anything hitting steel on recoil is likely gonna take a beating over time, unless you increase spring resistance to compensate for the extra energy.

Sorry boss. I'd be pissed with that. I can keep ten in a nickel now. Used to keep ten in a .45 hole with Win T22s. This is without a "day fucker" which plagues rimfire ammo.

I’ve got a Rem 541S and a couple of 582’s that shoot a whole bunch better with that same Win Power-Point ammo in the pic above. What I was getting @ w/the pic is that a standard weight 10/22 clone shoots pretty darned good w/that ammo.

Now, are you going to make this about target ammo or is it going to continue to be about small-game getters?

IDK. With any gun/ammo I like to be confident a miss is MY fault. ^^^^This group removes noses and lower jaws.

SDMF I have had the same experience with Power Point. Some may not believe it, but my groups with Power Point are as good as the $12 boxes of the completion ammo. That from a Ruger 10/22 with a Volquartsen carbon barrel. The only drawback is velocity isn't high and they often will not cycle my Ruger Mark -‐---- the old Mark 3 that I once had.
When KMart in Jamestown closed years ago they had boxes of 500 for $13 and I bought all 29 boxes. I tried using them sparingly, but unfortunately I run out.

^^^^The Interceptors I spoke of above are the HP's. He said he wasn't a "good shot" though I don't believe he practiced serious technique for groups. I can get .30cal hole with three with both V's and I's.

The V's shoot 4in high left out of my cheap ass Marlin.

NOT RECCOMMENDED: I replaced my trigger spring with a ballpoint pen spring years ago. Of course you can get "real" aftermarket springs.
