Tomato skin

About a year ago someone posted about putting tomato skin in the smoker I think it was. I've been looking for that thread but can't find it. I have a bunch that I want to put to good use but for what ?

Thanks, That was it. I couldn't remember what the use for them was but I remembered reading about someone going to smoke them. I'll give it a whirl.
