Had lots of plums but the juneberry crop was pathetic this year

Elk are thriving? Where at? My buddy has been all over E5 looking for a cow elk for his wife to shoot. People saw them a month ago...but now seem to be playing hide and seek.

E1W up by the Peace gardens there is a pretty good sized herd and we are seeing loaners once in a while.

My apple tree got whacked by frost at the wrong time I believe. It is usually loaded, but not one single one this year.

Hardly any native or garden fruit trees/shrubs provided much this year in my area except for raspberries. Raspberries and rhubarb seem to provide a bumper crop year after year no matter what mother nature throws at them.
