Measure 3

What does everyone think of Measure 3? It sounds good and all but I am very cautious that our legislatures want less to spend. And good is there money in the Legacy Fund.

This will be their excuse to not use the Legacy Fund to help with property taxes. Because they can't spend as much out of it as it would drop from 15% down to 5% of the fund that they can use.

They say that if 3 passes they will be able to invest more of it so there will be lots more in the fund in the future.

One thing they don't mention is that they also have the possibility of them losing money if the investment doesn't work out.
