Beef prices going up????

We've been using ground turkey for a little while. A little different taste, but still good. About $2.50/lb cheaper than comparable hamburger.

Has anyone tried Emu or Ostrage meat? Seems like they would be easy enough to butcher.

We eat a lot of Turkey and like it both ground and carved.

You would need a really really big oven to bake one.

Many years ago I ate some emu and as with anything it depends on how you cook it.

My boy boarded a pair at his farm for his coworker and they seemed easy enough to care for. I'm half tempted to try one.

Canadian hockey rink burgers are horse meat , leaner and less taste than beef but it makes a turd.
