    The deer will probably give you headaches regardless. You'll never hold one but they will cause you to make lots of resets. I use lots of urine all around the set, eventually the deer will leave them alone.

    We bought 2016 2nd cutting alfalfa out of northern Minnesota for $85 a ton. Ended up at $140 a ton delivered. That was a couple weeks ago, prices are going up as I type.

    I agree. However, I think too many people believe CRP is the answer to all things habitat. CRP will help improve fawn survival in the spring/summer/fall but will do absolutely nothing to help those same fawns through a year like last. Single tree rows may be great for soil conservation but...
