    Maybe I lucked out, several of us PCS'd and drove out of there in the winter at different times. We all made it out alive as far as I know. I did have studded snow tires which made a difference. I would not recommend if your goal is to have a fast trip. Each their own, it ain't for everybody

    Agreed. James is sometimes corny-but good tips every show and close enough to realtime a guy can fish his locations right after. Almost went to cascade in ID after the big perch they caught.

    Took me a bit to get used to my xi5 after having the little screen on my terrova fob. After a week you will get used to the beeps that the Xi5 puts out. Those different audible signals tell you exactly what your motor is doing. I also had it linked to my Lowrance units but did not look at them...
