    My kids all love grilled hearts. Have had dove, duck, goose, pheasant, sharpies, huns and deer. I enjoy watching my 2nd grade age daughter tell others about the tastiness of heart.

    Whose has the better tasting walleye

    I find fish caught during drought years have a subtle, enhanced, sublime fish flavor, pretty sure it is due to the higher evaporation rate concentrating all that goodness, at least that is what some oldtimers told me once.
