    There are a lot of people who play the resident license game by using an in state address. Particularly in eastern WY where a lot of coal workers commute or partially stay for work. Hopefully this will discourage the practice. But how the got away with it for so long is quite interesting.

    There were random single birds all over the lake and surrounding fields. All Canadas. They sit there for awhile, might move a bit but not much through the day. Dozen plus eagles pick them off as they want. Carcasses all over the ice.

    SD passed it a few years ago but our governor and legislature found a way around the will of the people to put it on the ballot again. It did not pass this time. I’m not a fan of mj but this process has made me lose faith in the government. How’d ND turn out?

    Ross Robertson has the tournament director at n his latest podcast with the story. Not too much info other than he blatantly knew the fish were way heavy for their length. My guess is they get charged with nothing. They were DQ’d here and you can’t prove anything from the past.
