    Garmin, Lowrance, or Bird

    Allen - I went from a 7" Lowrance to a 9" Garmin and have used it summer and winter. It's an absolute game changer for side/sonar/down and is great with the Livescope and charts. I'm sure bigger is better, but don't be shy on the 9's.

    I drove out - lots of folk did and I had reports from a buddy for the area I was headed. I don't know about that this weekend.....Mainly because of the shore area by the landing.

    317,000 miles on my 2002 Tahoe before retiring it for something newer - was still running well but minor things started piling up. The damn thing just ran. Wife even drove it for 40k miles without an oil change at one point šŸ˜²

    Fair, but I knee jerk reacted without verifying. Not what I'm about. And yes, both parties are so buried in their own agendas that neither can be trusted. I scored Striker mittens at 65% off last year and a pair of Striker gloves....I don't regret either as they've served me well!
