Your just dragging the rest of us into your problems at our expense. Get involved and start a local meeting going and solve your own problems locally. Until you get rid of them , nothing will change . The money will still follow the same flow chart with the same results, it will just be from...

    Property Tax Credit

If you guys think your county is screwing you then that's your problem not mine. I am ok with the way my county operates and if I did have a gripe I know my commissioners are on first name basis. Don't drag the rest of us into your local messes.

I can't believe so many here can rest assured that giving up our power locally and handing it over to our state legislature on a silver platter is a good thing.

What makes you think that if we give them the full control (they will eagerly accept it just watch) , What are the chances that they will just give those monies to the people who pay property taxes ? And then turn around and tell all the foundations and nonprofits that the money has dried up...

"Use tax or some stuff" is vague , What would you suggest ? Unless you can set it straight for me, I have yet to hear one reasonable solution that won't cost me more money. Anyone that is 65 or even getting close to qualify for the homestead credit better think hard about that before...

Too bad there are only two clubs in ND and they are both in Fargo. Grandkids love it and it's a good conditioner for other sports.

    Summer Olympics meh

I've been looking forward to the 28 olympics since it was announced that Ninja games have been included. Not many know what it is, we didn't either until we watched our grandkids compete and I was an instant fan. I'm guessing the girl in the video will be there, She was the leader of the...

By the way, I'm not arguing , I'm looking for a solution like the rest of you . I just don't think we're there yet and for sure it's not in our best interest to let legislature decide what's best for us any more than we already have.

It has to be attached to something or people won't pay, so then what ? Pay a firm to try collect ? warrant for arrest and Tie up the court system and impose fines and penalties on them ? Or attach it to payroll taxes and let those that don't work and retired people get off for nothing ...
