    Current Refi rates

    Update. It was February before I could refi. Rates had risen slightly. Wound up going with my local banker over the refi lenders. Bank was 1/8th point higher but about $2500 lower on closing costs

    I personally cannot understand getting a DUI this day in age. In Bismarck you have taxi services, Lyft etc and some bars even have shuttles��♂️
