    Lots of good points and opinions given here, shows why this is a complex topic. I do think schools could do a better job of getting kids to sample careers instead of just taking math, science, history, english year after year. I see so many kids that just wander around school with no direction...

    Typically see a couple boats a day pretty well beached on sandbars. Came upon an older guy in about an 18' aluminum full windshield boat a couple years ago up by heskett that was a good 30-40' up on a sandbar that was maybe 6" deep.     I remember that. Mallard hunting was unreal that fall with all of the crops that got disked under, they just wouldn't leave. Probably was 'baiting' technically but we were too young at the time to know that.

    Once you get them converted you might be able to upload them to a cloud-based service; I've used Google drive for some fairly large videos with no issues. Or you could put them on YouTube and make them private. No expert but could be a good backup in case a hard drive goes bad, etc.
