TOURNAMENT FEE INCREASE....Game & Fish advisory meeting MONDAY 11/30/2020

I'm fairly neutral on the whole tournament thing (Definitely would not be in favor of having a kill tourney on the Missouri in April if that is what they want), I have to wonder how much money an NWT-type tournament actually brings to town. A few guys staying in hotels and eating in town isn't...

    Pipestem ice?

Pretty much all of the larger sloughs/lakes along 94 today in the Jamestown area were 10-20% open water.

    Ducks

Was just talking to a friend about the same thing, that duck numbers never seemed to move much this year. I think when they get here they get shot at right away so they never build much. The prairie is pretty well frozen up here, undoubtedly sak and dl still have decent numbers but I wouldn't...

    Installer needed

I'm about a 4 out of 10 on the handyman scale and I've done a couple of my own with no problems. Watch a couple youtube videos, read the manual and take your time and you'll be fine. If your DI ducer has a mounting plate that should make it pretty easy I would think.

Best New Ice Rods for Walleye/Perch.......Go

I'm far from an expert on the topic, but I have a perch sweetheart and a tucr precision and I definitely prefer the sweetheart for perch tackle. Precision seems just a bit heavy for smaller jigs and too light for all but the smallest jigging raps.

    SB 2315 / Lockout

Seems as though much of the land I look at on Onx is not posted by the owner, so there must be a stipulation in most leases that the renter can post the land. As we know a lot of land out there that is owned by people who live hundreds of miles away, some who probably could hardly find the...

    Dog misdiagnosis

Seems like an odd misdiagnosis; isn't giardia basically a digestive infection while blastomycosis is in the respiratory tract? Seems like an odd miss.

Anybody seen any of the doodle breeds that hunt well? A few friends have gone for that compromise, they don't seem to be much for hunt drive, but they are the kind of guys that bird hunt 3-4 days a year so the dog doesn't get much exposure.

    Boat Fishing in the Cold

You guys that fish late into the season, do you check your lower unit gear lube occasionally to make sure there's no water in it? I've had a couple times where mine is a little milky in the fall and have gotten seals replaced, makes me a little nervous when it gets cold. Had a buddy in college...

    Decoy Question

I'd sell separately but include a deal if someone wants to take it all. There is a decoy trader forum on facebook. Obviously bisman works well. I sold a trailer a few years ago and had plenty of interest, sold it for almost as much as I paid new 5-6 years earlier so I doubt you'll have much...

Not exactly since there were guys who even hired agents this fall who were let back into college ball. Declaring alone doesn't eliminate the chance of coming back. But, Lance ain't coming back.

True, perhaps a better analogy would be that you need to repay the salary you've made.

So if you get a job and the employer pays to train you for a couple years and then you leave for a better paying job, should you pay the company back for what they spent on you?
