    We can thank old hippies for decades of selective breeding. We will see improvements in medical strains now that it's legal in some states but it doesn't happen over night and big pharma will fight against it every step of the way...

    I retract my statement that cannabis is an opie. canabis isn't considered an opioid. But THC does have an indirect effect on opioid receptors, which may be part of the reason cannabis seems to help reduce pain symptoms.
