    Seeing 2 or 3 is normal for our area every year. We are surrounded by woods and predators and they raid the nests. I guess a guy could put up nesting platforms but we have more than enough as it is .

    20 some years ago we had this exact same thing only a day later on the 25th . I had a field of canola that was up about 2'' and it did ok.

    Lycan are honeyberries fairly hardy ? Man they were looking good , even saw a couple had blossoms. Our raspberries are laid down flat from the snow but they should bounce back.

    Most years us hillbillies are a couple weeks later than the banana belt. I see people comment about watching for the Lilacs to bloom, ours have little buds that look like this pic but roughly 50% of them turning purple. Does this seem normal for other areas of the state ?
