    7m08. I'd chase the short/quick action and lighter rifle all day long. Also, I don't like bark or recoil. Used to shoot 7 mag, then relized 08 was only, something like, 150 fps slower (going off memory here), lighter, quieter, etc etc

    Parcel is long, narrow, and small, I'd gain a half acre or so. Figured I'd go for it since I don't like the fence and plan on pulling it. That's about it. It's a dead end into a cattle pasture anyhow.
