    I lived there towards the end of Rasmussen being chief (15 - 20 years ago), he was a good man. He told me once that the young cops had no clue how to serve the community. They just lifted weights and bullied people. Maybe that's where the current leadership came from.

    dirt racing...

    I love the local dirt track racing, go to about 20 races a year. Even drove for a few years. Funnest thing ever. We are lucky to have so many good tracks & drivers in the Dakotas. Don't like pavement racing or NASCAR.

    If not for all the Bison defensive injuries, I think they would win easily. I still think NDSU will win. I lived in North Carolina for a while, and the competition isn't as good. There's a lot more big schools out there that take the top kids.

    What Lunker said. Look at that charcoal or whatever it is canister 1st. If you overfill it can plug up also. Like most of the irritating little problems on newer vehicles it's some sort of pollution control device fucking up.
