Well I'm sure you're right from a legal perspective. I'm also sure that no one in the BIA or Rez leadership cares about lawsuits or following the law. I've lived around Natives my whole life and they do what they want.

No, for some reason market forces, supply and demand, seem to have no effect on prices there. :)

Gas is cheaper because the threat of Bakken Oil caused the Saudis to flood the market which lowered prices. Saudis have lower cost of production as well as a huge cash surplus.

Maybe someone already said this, but I just read on Inforum that Archambault OWNS a gas station. All the while he is protesting against oil, He is making $$$ off all the protesters buying his gas and buying stuff at his store.

    Ridgid Cordless Tools?

If I was making money with a tool I wouldn't settle Around the house, they all work about the same, only difference is I can't come on here and brag about how much I spent for it. "Form FOLLOWS function"

Land is the BEST investment, always in demand and there's a finite amount of it.

    Ridgid Cordless Tools?

The tools I am Upgrading are a Makita 14.4V drill and saw that I bought on Clearance at Sams at least 20 years ago. Think I paid $75. They still work, just low power and batteries die quickly.

Your money isn't gone until you sell. All the people that panic sell on every piece of news, make money for those that stay the course. Investing in equities is a marathon, not a sprint.

    Ridgid Cordless Tools?

Yes, very good point. That's why I'm playing mental ping pong on this. Buying a tool just for the warranty probably isn't the smartest thing to do. Kind of leaning towards Dewalt now. Thank s for your input.

    Ridgid Cordless Tools?

Home use. I realize they're probably not top of the line and contractors don't use them, but the idea of not buying batteries ever again seems nice.

    Ridgid Cordless Tools?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these. They have a lifetime warranty, including the batteries, is why I was looking at them. Thanks in advance for any replies.

    Helping the deer

For what it's worth when I lived in Montana we had a bunch of outdoor cats. When they had kittens, the Coyotes, which were usually quite leery of coming near the house, would come in after them.

    4th Amendment is Gone

One did give me a reason, going 58 in a 55. YEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAAA. No ticket though. Had my shit strewn all over the ditch before a couple times, Nada, no ticket either time. If I deserve it, no problem. Pay my fine like anyone else. Nah I let it slide. Not worth it to call them on their shit...
