    Zogman, that set you like is severe snow/3-peak rated. IME that helps quite a bit on slippery packed ice/snow too. Also IME, you’re not giving up any miles the tires will wear either. I suspect they stay softer or at least don’t get rock hard when it gets really cold.

    I wonder if the landing gear failed to deploy properly? How else do you get all 4 crew out? I know very little but it seems like it'd be tough timing to eject during an attempted landing?

    I've put some crab-legs in a foil brownie pan, shake on some seasoning and put them into the BGE with heavy smoke for 12-15min. You really only get a hint of smoke in the meat as it's still in the shell, but doggone it's good.

    But, can you "afford" the time it'd going to take for any major fix? If you look @ the 2 vehicles you mentioned, the smart $$ would bet on major repairs to the F250 before the 4Runner, thus my replacement suggestion.
