    Summer softball 2017

    Played all winter in McAllen Texas with the Rocking Chair Softball Team. We actually beat the number one team of McAllen and Edinburg. We won two out of four games last season with the wins being the first in eleven years. LOLOL I am 68 so take the summers off to heal up for hunting season...

    Brine for Pork Shoulder

    Thanks for the recipe. I'll give it a whirl! I have used a recipe that included some Tenderquick (I think) but I left it at our place in Texas last spring. I liked it because some of the butt turned out almost like ham with a nice pink color. Once I get back to it I will share.
