    If he doesn't turn it around pretty quickly he will be gone, and even if he does turn it around in the short term, I think he will be done when they miss the playoffs or get eliminated in the first round again.

    IMO i don't see them ever moving the season, October is Pheasant hunting they aren't going to have rifle hunters competing with that. Moving it later puts too much pressure and stress on them going into winter.

    For big pike your going to want to be at Sak and Oahe, although i do think numbers of the over 20# pike are down in recent years. I don't target the things anymore but my biggest is a 24# out of Sak about 10 years ago through the ice.

    There is sweetbriar, crown butte, Harmon lake. I haven’t fished any of these in forever so can’t really give any tips. As others have said a guy almost needs to drive about 60 miles before you start hitting good water. There is endless opportunities if you drive 60-100 miles.

    I'm assuming this is partially due to more hunters, and partially due to increasing amount of deer. I saw more deer this year by far than the last two years combined, bucks, does, fawns, didn't matter. No true giants, but plenty of nice bucks.
