    They gave out 500 less tags (2700 vs. 2200) this year so applications were basically unchanged, maybe even a few less. There were 185 leftover after the lottery last year and about 300 people got denied this year.

    Left a spinner/crawler rig just barely dangling in the water while sitting at the dock and a bass came up and grabbed it and took the rod. Buddy had his drotto come unhooked while backing down and dumped his boat on the ramp.

    Sure, it works in small doses especially in small schools. If a teacher needs to be out for 2 weeks the admin isn't going to be able to cover that, they have plenty of other fires to tend to. Not to mention your larger high schools have 100 teachers and 2 or 3 admins.

    Catching walleyes from shore this time of year is probably going to be slow going the majority of the time. Maybe look into McDowell dam or Crown Butte, I'd imagine he could stay busy with panfish there.

You leave the "in person" class and go to a "distance" class taught by another teacher and then back to the other teacher, doable...
