    Was fly fishing once, storms in the area....2 rods got close to each other and I saw an electrical arc jump from one to the other. We threw them down and sat in the truck for awhile. Never had one shock me like what happened to you though.

    Ultimately it is the parents responsibility to make sure their kids respect others and themselves, get educated, and are a contributor to society rather than a drain. It might be more difficult nowadays but it still can be done. Excuses are just that.

    Thanks for the info. Did you ever see a warden sniffing around? Do you or anyone else have any idea why, with all the snagging going on and it being public knowledge, why didn't a warden just make his presence known there just to keep people following the law?
