    I was talking to some folks and they said they spend a good amout of time opening weekends chasing people off their land. It's posted legally. I asked how many were charged? Zero. Well no wonder people do it. Nothing about this that changes any of that.

    I'm assuming they would let a landowner change their mind about what they want to do with their own land at any time. That could definitely make for some interesting situations when a guy might get crabby about something the night before a season starts and changes everything from green to red.

    Agree 100%. If this turns into a pissing match between sportsmen who don't own huntable land and landowners who do at the ballot box, things could get ugly for everyone real quick.
