50 Years of Failed Eco-pocalyptic Predictions

Ok so what were the James river flows like 2000 years ago? You're still trying to base everything off a blip in time.

50 Years of Failed Eco-pocalyptic Predictions

I don't know, maybe an increased water table? I'm not a water "expert" like you but I'm guessing the Red River system has seen much higher water levels in the last 1 million years then the last 100 because it's a pretty well known fact it used to be a fricking lake before man was a thought!

    Corner jumping court case.

This is why our country is in the shape it is, our laws and justice system are so messed up it's unreal.....this should have been tossed immediately by any judge with even a little common sense.

50 Years of Failed Eco-pocalyptic Predictions

So you are taking 100 year time span out of millions and going to definitively say it's human caused? How do you know that same region didn't experience similar changes before humans were even here? I mean the whole area was covered with Dinosours at one time and then massive glaciers at...

50 Years of Failed Eco-pocalyptic Predictions

Exactly. The earth's climate has been changing since the beginning of time with and without humans. It'll keep changing if every human on the face of the earth disappeared tomorrow as well. To think humans can have such drastic effects on the earths climate is not only arrogant but asinine...

    Legalize or not ?

It's amazing how many things that are legal can mess up our lives but some people believe making things illegal will solve all our problems. Prohibition is really never the solution. There's far worse things in life then someone smoking a joint. To each their own as long as you don't mess with...

    Decrease speed limit

In ND you can go basically 9 mph over the limit and rarely if ever get pulled over. Just gotta make sure your speedo is correct or go by gps. You get 10 mph over and your asking for a ticket most of the time. Also I believe anything over 100 mph is an automatic loss of license and syche...

    Car insurance and STD

DGAF what you, the arbitrator or the court says that's simply fucked up! It still costs money to defend yourself against these frivilous lawsuits and ultimately all of us pay for it thru higher premiums! The woman her attorneys, the man, the arbitrator and the court should all be done away...

Is it immoral to drive an electric vehicle?

    Car insurance and STD

Don't GAF the judge in the initial hearing should have thrown the damn case out to begin with due to common sense not legal mumbo jumbo! WTF happened to common sense and personal accountability in this country??? GEICO should sue her ass for having unprotected sex! What's next suing a homeowner...

    Used fiberglass boat questions

Looking at a 20 year old fiberglass boat and I've never owned a glass boat so I need to know what I should be looking for especially with the hull. It's a 2001 Yarcraft with merc motors on it. Anything around that year that stands out or might raise a red flag?

    Big pike on Dead baits

Pike are notorious scavengers, they'll even suck up old chicken bones off the bottom! Nothing better for big pike after ice out than a big smelt or sucker.

Question for boat trailer and lift

This^^^^^ Just about every boat lift I've seen has the 2x6's laying flat, they flex to fit the boat hull contour better that way.
