    Ice House Rust

Por 15 kinda sucks because it breaks down from UV, so if it isnt topcoated or covered it chalks out n peels in the sun. Best option is to sandblast, epoxy prime, then bedline it. I do sell other options, but if it sees rock chips n gravel that would be the best. Also remember its best to do...

    Snapping turtle

Living down south when i was 10 we figured out how to catch them with a stomped sunfish tied to a rope. We'd drag it in slow and then jump on the turtle when it was close enough to shore grabbing it by the tail or the sides of the shell. we'd bring em home and put them in a kiddie pool for a...

    Snapping turtle

Snappers cross land to get to new water alot. You could removed 2 or 3, never see 20, and 5 more new ones will wander in while 5 locals wander out over the summer. Enjoy them as part of the lake, even if you step on one its usually a quick nip, you pretty much have to catch and manhandle one...

    FBO new chat room

My main problem with that site is the new format. Sucks so bad i dont even know where to start. It also didnt help that a bunch of unknowns stepped in to the bosses position that no one really knew or had respect for that started throwing new rules around.

    Circle hooks.

circle hooks are all I use on bottom bouncer bait rigs, and un-attended shore lindys. Almost never lose a fish on them. I like them for finicky clear water pike bait rigs where I need a 20lb fluoro leader and want to keep the line outa their teeth. and they're the only hooks I use in saltwater.

Allowed to shame people on here?

I was stopped out in the middle of the east end one hot summer day, not a single boat in sight. I was in about a hundred feet of water, and was just there for a moment to reorganize and get a couple lines tied up....meanwhile we hear a boat in the distance, and its getting louder, next thing we...

How much do I tip the dock crew when renting a houseboat.

Oh and i forgot to mention the pink reel on her pink fishing rod also lights up when shes reeling in walleyes in the dark. Ive caught like 3 maybe, shes caught 20 or 30, and got pissed at me for reeling one in on her pole when she wasnt looking...tip the fishing gods? I think I lost a bet with...

How much do I tip the dock crew when renting a houseboat.

No need to point out any downfalls to them, We're just amazed at how many subtle eye rolls and sighs of inconvenience we get every time we step up to a service counter around here. Even the bartender at the casino was pissed off she had to make a drink.

How much do I tip the dock crew when renting a houseboat.

Yeah, these boats arent exactly new. Ive had to trouble shoot and fix a few things while out here as well. I was kinda thinking the same rough dollar figure, and yeah all theyve done is a few minutes of work here and there...oh and not treat us like shit.

How much do I tip the dock crew when renting a houseboat.

So we rented a houseboat on lake vermilion in minnesota and i noticed a sign on the docks mentioning tipping the dock staff. What is average to good? I dont know if its 10 dollars or 200? I searched online and the normal dock service tips seem to be 2-5 bucks, wich seems real cheap to me...
