    The trespass charge is BS. "NEAR" is very subjective and without specific restrictions laid out by the landowner in advance, shouldnt result in a conviction.

    I have a few 44s and a few 50s. I like to be able to see how many ticks are on a bucks nutsack before I shoot it, so I lean towards higher magnification than necessary usually.

    For sure owners should be held responsible for the actions of their dogs, BUT often the owners dont cause the dogs to be aggressive... a dog breed that is known to kill people regularly and has no significant use/benefit to society doesnt belong in society imo.

    Already most homeowners insurance wont write policies for people who own pittbulls, but that doesnt seem to be a very good preventative. I think people should be held responsible for any damages caused by their dogs, criminally, but that often doesnt happen either...
