    2020’s

Sum1 I always hated it when both Bushes and others use the term "new world order". Liberals would turn over control of this nation to the United Nations as long as the United Nations kept them on as puppets to deceive us. New World Order sounds like right out of Revelations.

Joseph E. Meyer. I was wrong about the publication date. It was first published in 1918 with eight editions, the last in 1971. Over the years I have known a dozen bird carvers, but this guy doesn't ring a bell. I got stuck at home during a blizzard years ago and thought I would try it...

    2020’s

BP338 I agree as long as giving is voluntary and not giving with other people's money. Give as you wish, but only as you are a joyful giver, and not as a false do good taking from one person and giving to another thinking you have done good.

    2020’s

:;:thumbsup :( That's liberal church world view. Remember all have fallen short? Comparatively from a world standpoint I understand what your saying and even agree, but from a Biblical view we are all rotten as hell and deserve hell saved only by the sacrifice at the cross. My intention...

    2020’s

I think the idea was we thought about important things in the past when there was no guarantee of the important things. Today by the same standards we are well taken care of and so now think about the more frivolous things. We have become so spoiled we think the frivolous things are the...

    WHY do we live here????

I wonder if our natives that don't like pipelines would like to go back to teepees, no horses, no bud light, and a 32 year average life span.

    MT vs ND

I think the answer is attitude and habitat. In the Badlands everyone is a rancher, but out on the prairie where you see ranching in Montana you don't in North Dakota. If they can squeeze their John Deer between the rocks and it don't tip over on the hills it's going to get plowed in North...

    WHY do we live here????

Because it keeps the rif raf out. God has the world perfectly balanced. You may ask then why do all the nicest people live in North Dakota. Answer: have you seen the assholes that live in Minnesota and Montana? :;: For humor only. ;:;rofl

I disagree about Lapua. I buy it because it's hard to find 284 Winchester. Many people jump on the Lapu bandwagon, but when I measure mine the neck is .013 on one side and on the very same case .016 inch on the other side. I set my Sinclair neck turning tool to .013 and turn them all. Then I...

    Favorite Reloading Components

If your reloads start having primer cratering with no other signs of high pressure go to CCI primers which are harder. Match primers are supposedly more uniform. Magnum primers supposedly have more power. Ball powders are often harder to ignite and I have had hangfires with modern rifles that...

    Favorite Reloading Components

I am going to try some R26 in my 6.5x284 Cooper. Now I am using Retumbo for a velocity of 3030fps with 140 VLD and 140 ELD-M. I also use Retumbo in my 300 Win Mag. With a 28 inch barrel it pushes a 210 VLD at 3060 fps. I would guess Retumbo would be very good in a 7mm mag. All loads use...

    Kicker mount removal

Find matching screws to those used in the boats construction. Fill the holes with JB Marine epoxy and when hardened drill, fill new holes with silicone, and add the matching screws. This is assuming the holes are larger than the construction screws require.

    pre -iraq-

He's the guy with the eye patch right? Yes I like him. The democrats have no decent person to run this year while republicans have a half dozen outstanding people. I'm terrible with names, but even that freshman from New York (of all places) that took on Schif would be good, not to mention...

    Getting old when

I'm not sure when grandpa was born, 1861 I think, but maybe earlier. He worked on the first railroad track to go through North Dakota. He said most of the crew of 50 were du king the law for some reason. Like butcher knife Charley who killed three people in Missouri. The foreman had a rifle...

LBrandt I had a similar experience. I'm going to murder the spelling here, sorry flycarpin. I could not reach the clutch on tractors, but my dad bought an old Minneapolis Molinn with a hand clutch. We farmed, but dad also worked at a concrete plant. In the morning he would set the depth on...

    Getting old when

I talked with my dad about rabbits back in the 30's. He said when you pulled up to a straw pile with a team of horses you could shoot a box of 22s and there were so many rabbits that if you never missed a shot there were still rabbits running around when you finished. He talked about rabbit...
