    A "man year" as defined by the Department of Labor is 2,080 hours...at $15 an hour that is $31,200 gross pay per year. But I'm a contracting officer that works for the Government...so you may want to check my math. 2,080 hours is what we use to calculate labor estimates when we price contracts...
