    Sorry, would never touch another interstate deep cycle or automotive. I've had a set of deep cycle and 2 auto. Have never gotten more than 2 yrs out of them, and pro-rating is bullshit. Napa batteries have done well for us.

    4 years I think it is. Need to purchase the link yet also if going this route. Would be main dash unit as I generally rotate existing towards front when sitting up there. Currently using old Lowrance LCX-28C HD

    Electronics Time

    Due to upgrade my electronics. Looking at the birds mainly so I eventually can link with my Minnkota Ipilot. What's the best bang for the buck? Or better options that I've overlooked ?

    It is a little big but after 1/2 dozen fish, get used to it. Very nice blade flex I think. But I also had read the reviews of the awkward feel. Pisses me of can't find an Ion battery for the Rapala

    Ice Fishing Is Over

    Word of advise, pull that ladder onto the ice when you get on. A friend of mine left his lay across a few years ago and when he came back to get off, the sun melted it through on the lake side. He had to find another shallower spot to get off but got soaked in the process.
