    Tiller Handle Replacement

    Love my old Lund and the equally old Johnson 35 tiller on the back. Starts like a champ and gets me up and down the river in style. But the gear teeth in the tiller handle are no longer syncing up. My guess is a bad bushing so the two sets of teeth can slide apart. Also the outboard parts...

    There's quite a few videos on YouTube for DIY fluid beds. Couple 2" connections and an aquarium aerator and you're in business! I'll be trying my hand at building one this evening

    Auger Blade Bolts

    Success! Simply heating it up and cranking down with a vice grip did the trick. I then proceeded to burn my hand on the red hot blade like the bad guy in Raiders of the Lost Ark. Luckily I had several 12 ounce hand cooling units on standby. Thanks for all the advice fellas
